Three children from child-headed families received educational support in Mutare from Action for Youth Foundation Trust through the Brighter Future Child Protection Project

Action for Youth Foundation Trust through its Brighter Future Child Protection Project #BFCP , is making a meaningful impact in Mutare District by providing educational support to children in need. Today, we supported three children from Child-headed families at Riversdale Academy with uniforms and stationery, ensuring they have the necessary tools to pursue their education and a brighter future.

Our organization, a not-for-profit non-governmental organization, works tirelessly to create a safe and violent-free environment for Youths Living With HIV, Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs), and Youths in Key Population communities across Zimbabwe. At the heart of our work is the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their circumstances.

Through the Brighter Future Child Protection Project (BFCP), we provide critical services such as access to education, food security, and information about the legal rights and responsibilities of vulnerable children. We are committed to supporting OVCs to help them overcome the barriers they face, empowering them to thrive in all aspects of life.

Our goal is to continue providing resources and a nurturing environment where these children can grow, learn, and build a better future. By coming together and supporting these young people, we are helping to create lasting change in their lives and communities.
