About Us:

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for youths living with HIV, Orphans, and vulnerable Children and Youths in Key Population Communities in Zimbabwe.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programs Officer to provide strategic leadership and oversight to our programs department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical guidance and support to Regional Coordinators and program staff

- Develop and implement program strategies and plans

- Oversee program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including partners, donors, and government agencies

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Experience:

- A Degree in Development Studies, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in program management, coordination, or a related field

- Experience working with youth, HIV, TB, or SRHR programs is an added advantage

- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills

- CPD Qualification in NGO Management is an added advantage
